Tasting Notes: A deep purple colour with enticing aromatics. The white pepper, purple florals, blackberry and fresh blood plums. The palate has a velvety feel with fresh acidity in keeping with the cool climate expression of Shiraz. The finish is balanced and fine with great length.
Drink with: A wine that is an ideal roast accompaniment especially lamb and beef. In the cooler months it will stand up to rich stews and braises.

I like it, but the ceramic is not enough good.
