Tasting Notes: “Our 2022 single vineyard Waratah Hills Pinot Noir experienced an extended ripening period. Careful fruit selection produced a vibrant, elegant, and balanced Pinot Noir. Lifted aromatics display savoury white pepper spice, and fresh cranberry and rhubarb fruits. The palette is bright and balanced, with youthful acidity, chewy tanins, and pronounced fruit structure.”

Pair With: “This is the perfect wine for charcuterie, rich and slow-cooked stews”, says our wine team. It also goes brilliantly with herb-pronounced dishes of thyme and rosemary. Let this wine ‘breathe’ for a few hours or put through a decanter to help the aromas relax and build.
